The Role

We are looking for an experienced Institutional Sales professional to support the Institutional Flow Sales business with coverage and trade execution for clients across the UK and EMEA.


Ensuring all activity is conducted within risks limits, behaviours are compliant with Group and Regulatory policy, timely and accurate booking of trades, and working effectively with local and global partners to achieve the best outcomes.


Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with the timely and accurate execution of trades across FX & Rates Derivatives, Repo, TRS and Money Markets products.
  • Proactively identify opportunities in conjunction with our partners in trading and market such opportunities to our clients.
  • Provide market colour and intelligence to clients on DBS' key markets, effectively leveraging DBS' research product.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders including Trading, FIG, Business Management & Support.


Essential Skills & Requirements

  • Demonstrate eagerness to perform and gain responsibility and ownership.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving with the ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg, Excel (VBA), Word and PowerPoint.


The successful candidate is required to take the regulatory exams in Singapore and asked to travel to the DBS Singapore head office as part of the probation period. You must also have the valid right to work in the UK and do not require sponsorship.
