We are helping them seek a highly motivated and experienced Head of Institutional Sales to drive growth, lead their institutional sales strategy, and build lasting client relationships.


Key Responsibilities As Head of Institutional Sales, you will:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the institutional sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and market share objectives.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, and other professional entities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional clients, delivering tailored solutions to meet their trading and investment needs.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing institutional sales team to deliver against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Product Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance product offerings based on client feedback and market trends.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with trading, risk, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.


  • Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven track record in institutional sales, ideally within a multi-asset brokerage or FX/CFD brokerage.
  • Deep understanding of multi-asset products (e.g., equities, FX, derivatives, fixed income, commodities).
  • Strong network of institutional clients with demonstrated ability to drive business growth.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant trading and CRM systems.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
