Role Overview

As an IFA Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) by managing client portfolios, preparing documentation, and ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help the IFAs deliver top-tier financial advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to IFAs, including preparing client reports, managing correspondence, and maintaining client records.
  • Liaise with clients, investment providers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reviews and client meetings, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
