Due to continued growth we a have a fantastic vacancy for a new and used Vehicle Sales Administrator to be based at our Hyundai dealership in Grimsby.
Working within a centralised administration team and reporting to the Group Sales Administrator your key responsibilities will include;
- Maintaining vehicle stock records in an accurate and timely manner
- Invoicing all vehicle transactions
- Ensuring that all information required to tax vehicles is received in time to allow for scheduled handover
- Ensuring that all Government procedures with regards to taxing are adhered to
- Completion of warranty documentation for Used Cars
- Maintaining all stock files to the required standards
- Using the vehicle ordering system to process and prepare new cars to brand standards
- Transferring car records to the correct type
- Reception duties
Motor trade experience is essential and experience in Fleet Administration would be beneficial.
Hours of work are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with an hour lunch break.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a forward-thinking, family-owned company.

**Salary**: £10,454.29-£22,000.00 per year
