Quality Administrator

NAViGOs Quality Team support Quality and Governance across all areas of the organisation including management of incidents, audit, feedback, CQC Compliance and Navigo Policy Management.
The post-holder will support the Quality Team in delivering the Work Plan Objectives which will include working with the specialist leads within the team.
The post-holder will be supported to undertake any higher-level administration tasks and other general administrative duties within the requirements of the Team which will include administration of high level meetings, incidents management reviews, Central Alerting System (CAS) Alert escalation, preparation of papers for Subject Access Requests and monitoring of the inboxes and diary management.
The Quality Administrator will be pivotal in ensuring an excellent administrative service is provided within agreed time restraints and will be responsible for accurate recording, maintenance and monitoring of the Teams data.
