Learner Administrator

**Primary Objective**:
- Maintain exceptional standards in learner administration through meticulous and ongoing audit checks.
- Provide services with integrity and enthusiasm, building positive relationships and rapport.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Conduct rigorous quality checks on learner enrolments and initiate audits when necessary.
- Enrol and manage learners on various learning platforms such as E-assessor, Moodle, and Equal.
- Administer learner registrations on online systems such as Zoho CRM, PICS, and ILR systems.
- Facilitate learner registrations for examinations with NCFE, TQUK, and Open Awards.
- Thoroughly review both personal and colleagues’ work to identify errors and rectify them.
- Generate audit reports and promptly rectify any identified mistakes.
- Ensure data accuracy by cleansing information before uploading.
- Collaborate closely with management on administrative matters.
- Verify invoices received from awarding bodies.
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues, ensuring the timely and accurate distribution of relevant information.
- Monitor learner attendance closely.
- Address inquiries promptly, whether received via phone or online channels.

**Experience and Qualifications Requirements**:
- English and maths level 2 (essential).
- ICT level 2 (desirable).
- Previous administration experience (essential).
- Experience of working in the education sector (desirable).
