2 Sisters Food Group are recruiting for a driven and enthusiastic **Commercial Administrator** to support our meals manufacturing operation based in Grimsby.

Our Recipe Dish site in Grimsby, a state-of-the-art CIP plant producing premium quality chilled soups and sauces. The site currently employs around 200 people, whilst turning over £30 million.

**About The Role**:
Reporting into the Commercial Manager, The **Commercial Administrator **will be responsible for supporting the Commercial and Operational teams on site to manage our customers and accounts, ensuring we are delivering against budget and profit margins.
The position will cover the management of key customers reporting data and will play a central role in maintaining and developing the internal and customer data systems, as well as the tools to report and drive sales and margins.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Prepare and manage sales data, analyse, summarise and make recommendations for each subcategory based upon all available data sources and consumer information
- Attend NPD panels with NPD Manager and use meetings to prepare product benchmarks/justifications in conjunction with NPD Technologist
- Provide a weekly overview of the agreed budget and monitoring of weekly volumes, working with the Commercial Manager to drive business to hit budget
- Deputise for Commercial Manager/Controller as required
- Prepare and present launch reviews to Commercial Manager and other relevant team members
**About You**:
To excel in this Commercial Administrator role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a category/commercial environment would be ideal
- A passion for Food is essential
- Experience of analysing and interpreting data
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Able to build strong working relationships internally
- Computer literate especially in Excel, Word, PowerPoint & SAP
