**Primary Objective**:

- Maintain exceptional standards in learner administration through meticulous and ongoing learner attendance monitoring.
- Provide services with integrity and enthusiasm, building positive relationships and rapport.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct rigorous checks on learner attendance.
- Contacting learners regarding their non-attendance.
- Collaborate closely with management on learner attendance matters.
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues, ensuring the timely and accurate distribution of relevant information.
- Address inquiries promptly, whether received via phone or online channels.

**Success Measures for Role (Impact)**:

- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Timely case management.

**Key Qualities and Attributes**:

- Strong communication skills.
- Good listening skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Keen attention to detail.

**Experience and Qualifications Requirements**:

- English and maths level 2 (essential).
- ICT level 2 (desirable).
- Previous administration experience (essential).
- Experience of working in the education sector (desirable).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
