**Hours**:4 Day Week - 39 hours, Monday to Thursday (7am to 5.15pm)

**Salary**:£23,000 per annum to £27,000 per annum dependant on knowledge and experience

Based on the Europarc in Grimsby, Auto-Trail is around 30 minutes from Hull, Scunthorpe, Louth and Market Rasen.

**The role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Dealer Support Advisor**. This is an administrative role, assisting in supporting our Dealer & Consumer network through warranty claim and parts order processes, working as part of a small fast paced closely knit team. This is a key position as point of contact for providing support and guidance to our dealers and end consumers. You would work closely with the various departments providing and obtaining relevant information.

**Main duties**

Your responsibilities may include:

- Processing of orders, invoicing, and other internal documents
- Assist with upkeeping of internal systems
- Form part of the warranty and parts team
- Work as part of a small and very busy team, liaising with various departments
- Ensure Company targets and objectives are met and adhered to
- This role is a developing role and will evolve over time

**About you**
- Experience within an administrative role
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer literate, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Flexible approach and positive attitude
- Good team player and quick learner
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to demonstrate initiative and problem solving
- Practical experience in a similar role within an automotive manufacturing environment is preferable
