Employment Coach

As an Employment Coach, your primary mission is to provide individualised employment support to bootcamp learners in the digital sector, including marketing, software development, data analytics and games design. Your goal is to support individuals in achieving their personalised objectives, adapting your approach to suit individual preferences. Integrity, passion, and building strong, positive relationships are at the core of your service.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities (Implementation)**:
- Build positive relationships with learners.
- Provide individualised employment support to bootcamp learners in the digital sector, including marketing, software development, data analytics and games design, for example by providing training to enable learners to create and edit their own CVs whilst supporting them to ensure they are accurate by giving feedback etc.
- Deliver employment support sessions effectively on Zoom for up to 30 learners at any one time.
- Ensure learners become employment ready within 8 weeks by ensuring attendance of employment support sessions and 121’s as required.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records using the Zoho CRM system.
- Carry out associated administrative tasks promptly, including accurate updates in our CRM system. Maintain meticulous records to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
- Stay proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

- Support learners to achieve a positive attitude to learning and life, supporting their progress with robust on-going careers information, advice and guidance.
- Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- Demonstrated experience in employability.
- Strong skills in workload prioritisation, deadline adherence, responsibility-taking, initiative and proactivity, with the flexibility to adapt as needed.
- Highly personable and adept at building relationships.
- Possesses an energetic and positive demeanour.
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.

Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
