Senior Practitioner Position

Navigo is a social enterprise that delivers mental health services, including acute and community facilities. We are seeking a qualified Senior Practitioner to join our team in Harrison House (inpatient acute) or The community and other service bases within Navigo.
Job SummaryWe offer a range of mental health services, including acute and community facilities as well as specialist support such as outstanding older adults inpatient services, rehabilitation and recovery community mental health and an outstanding specialist eating disorder facility.
This role involves completing holistic assessments of need, risk assessments & management, delivering evidence-based treatment & interventions, admission/discharge, coaching & supervising junior colleagues, attending and leading meetings (including MDT's, reviews, team meetings, etc.).
Main Responsibilities- To develop and take an active role in quality monitoring of the service, including leading of research projects and audit activity with the aim of improving the service/service area.
- The Post Holder will be able to evaluate and review research and other relevant literature and be aware of the implications of the social and local policies, procedures and information packages related to service delivery.
- Will plan and organise workloads for staff within the area to include allocation of staff, planning patient care and groups etc.
We offer a competitive salary between £29,970 and £44,962 a year, Band 5 or 6 depending on experience, and a full-time working pattern. As a social enterprise, we do things a little bit differently and have also developed income-generating commercially viable businesses that provide training, education and employment opportunities.
