About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Navigo's expanding team as a qualified Senior Practitioner. The role involves working in acute services on inpatient lodges, where you will have the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Our teams work across the locality in a holistic, person-centred approach to deliver services that we'd be happy for our own families to use.

Main Responsibilities
  • Completing holistic assessments of need, risk assessment and management
  • Delivering evidence-based treatment and interventions
  • Admission/discharge, coaching and supervising junior colleagues
  • Attending and leading meetings (including MDTs, reviews, team meetings, etc.)

The Post Holder will be able to evaluate and review research and other relevant literature and be aware of the implications of the social and local policies, procedures and information packages related to service delivery.

Able to work shifts, covering days and some nights, weekends and bank holidays. Broad knowledge of risk assessments. Knowledge of the housing and benefits systems. Evidence of post-graduate study/qualification. Clinical Supervision Training. AMHPs trained/willingness to undertake training. IT or equivalent qualification to level 2.

Harrison House (inpatient acute) or The community and other service bases within Navigo. £29,970 to £44,962 a year. Band 5 or 6 depending on experience.
