Senior Food Preparation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Food Preparation Specialist to join our team at Sienna Senior Living.
This role is responsible for preparing meals and snacks in accordance with production sheets, recipes, and other menu documents provided. The ideal candidate will have experience in volume food preparation, catering, and special events preparation, as well as a valid Safe Food Handling Certificate and Smart Serve certificate.
The successful candidate will also possess strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a positive attitude necessary to meet the goals and standards of the residence.
In addition to a competitive salary of $45,000-$55,000 per year, this role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing meals and snacks according to production sheets, recipes, and other menu documents provided.
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
- Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure smooth food service operations.
- Providing support and guidance to new team members as needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
