Wow What a fabulous 5 month opportunity for an immediately available Executive Coordinator to join the Global Safety, Security and Resilience Team of a global investor of independent groups, who work for and on behalf of human rights, justice and democratic governance.

In this newly created five month role, you will provide key administrative support and have the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of operational safety, security and resiliency services across the organisation. This includes tasks such as: managing logistics and content for in house and externally run training sessions, developing and designing internal resources, writing safety and security briefs and monitoring travel safety platforms.

Key Responsibilities
As the Safety and Security Coordinator, you will:
Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Global Director including, but not limited to, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel plans and managing expenses
Perform contractual and finance related tasks including budget tracking, invoicing, and vendor contracts
Manage and support the administration, logistics and delivery of all safety and security related training
Assist with preparing, drafting, editing, formatting and/or distributing materials such as security guidance, policies & procedures, alerts, announcements, reports on security activities
Support crisis management teams
Regularly monitor travel tracking systems to ensure proper functioning and compliance
Support the development of related templates, plans, processes, assessments, and audits across the global team's services
Maintain the internal incident tracking and database
Manage the team's internal knowledge systems
Support and manage specific projects related to the safety, security and resilience function of the organisation as required

Experience:

Essential:
Notable experience in a relevant area of safety, security and/or resiliency
Demonstrable experience of working across time zones
Prior administrative experience

Desirable:
Working within a humanitarian, development, or rights-based organisation.
Experience in living / working in multiple countries
