Core Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Comprehensive management of executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating calls.
  • Arranging both domestic and international travel on a weekly basis.
  • Overseeing and processing expense reports.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of CRM data.
  • Creating and modifying presentations and documents using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Assisting the team with various tasks as needed throughout the fundraising initiatives.
  • Coordinating international roadshows and events.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Personal Assistant in Investor Relations, Private Equity, or Financial Services.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
  • Possesses a natural presence, a proactive attitude, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exhibits exceptional attention to detail.
  • Displays resilience and a strong work ethic.
