Administrative Coordinator for Executive Team

Core Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Comprehensive management of executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating calls.
- Arranging both domestic and international travel on a weekly basis.
- Overseeing and processing expense reports.
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of CRM data.
- Creating and modifying presentations and documents using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Assisting the team with various tasks as needed throughout the fundraising initiatives.
- Coordinating international roadshows and events.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience as a Personal Assistant in Investor Relations, Private Equity, or Financial Services.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
- Possesses a natural presence, a proactive attitude, and a collaborative spirit.
- Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exhibits exceptional attention to detail.
- Displays resilience and a strong work ethic.
