An exciting opportunity for a Personal Executive Coordinator, ideally with a background in financial services, to join a prestigious financial institution. The Coordinator will be part of a dynamic team providing support to senior executives and their teams, approximately 7 individuals, and will thrive in a high-energy environment. The role requires adaptability and a proactive approach. Standard working hours are 9am – 5pm, with hybrid working options available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive calendar management across various time zones
- Intricate travel planning – including itinerary preparation, visa arrangements, and other travel necessities
- Coordinate client functions – sourcing venues, managing approvals, and tracking invitations
- Expense management
- Maintain and update the organization’s CRM system
- Prepare and modify presentations, spreadsheets, and documents
- Assist with special projects for the team as needed
- Manage sensitive and confidential information
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in the financial services sector is preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Self-driven and resourceful
