**Overview**:
Personal Staffing is looking for 2 rotational "Traveling Housekeeper/VIP Wardrobe Managers".
To be successful in this role, you should be well-organised, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.

Other duties will include:
Manage and support with hiring local staff at a residence of the family (cleaners, cooks, gardeners)
Managing furniture or necessary equipment to be at a residence
Controlling of household utensils, supporting an electronic inventory
Managing and organising the wardrobe of the Principal and his family
Professional care, cleaning, pressing and inventory of luxury items (clothes, shoes and accessories)
Ensuring that the wardrobe is organised and easily accessible for the client
Preparing wardrobes for the up and coming seasons/wardrobe storage
Preparing suitcases as well as transportation of clothing
Communicating with tailors, dry cleaners, and other clothing service providers as needed
Keeping track of (electronic) inventory and shopping for new wardrobe pieces as requested
Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times while working closely with the VIP client's personal belongings

**Salary**: TBC
Rotational 4:4 Weeks on/off
Accommodation provided when with the family

with the family office.
- Undertake project management duties, conducting research and executing personal tasks, ensuring alignment with the family's goals and needs.
- Handling personal shopping, including the purchase of gifts and other items, tailoring selections to preferences and occasions.
- Keep the Owner informed of all significant activities, events, and schedules, coordinating with the family office team to ensure the Owner is always prepared and informed.
