Nomad Temporary Housing is looking for a Guest Services Coordinator to join our growing organisation.
Role: Guest Services Coordinator
Location: Covent Garden, London
Nomad EMEA assists our global clients with booking temporary housing solutions across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The Guest Services Coordinator will be working closely with Reservation Coordinators and Nomad Partners across the EMEA region to create and obtain signed agreements, compose arrival and departure instructions and dealing with client concerns as required. Ad hoc duties such as creating files for each guest, maintaining integrity and accuracy of Nomad technology as well as assisting Reservation Coordinators as required. All requests and bookings are entered into Nomad’s database for reporting purposes. APPLICANTS WILL NOT BE REVIEWED UNLESS ASSESSMENT TEST IS TAKEN

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Educated to College Level (A Levels, grades A-C)Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. CRM and Database experience is essential to the role. Must be well versed in Outlook and Microsoft Word.
- 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
4. Proven track record of performance with processes and STRONG administration skills.
5. Extremely detail oriented - Commitment to follow through and to work independently on a case load.
6. Must have the ability to solve problems, offer solutions, think logically and have a quick and retentive memory.
7. Well Organized - Ability to perform in a fast paced dynamic work environment while maintaining a positive teamwork attitude.
8. Must possess a sense of urgency, to understand the need of a customer and company and be able to communicate various issues.
9. Must be a flexible, self-starting and self-managing person.
10. Must have strong organizational skills and have the ability to handle multiple tasks, respond quickly and efficiently, and keep situations under control.
11. Show willingness and aptitude to take appropriate steps in finding solutions to problems.
12. Must have basic math skills.
13. Takes on additional responsibility when both big and small tasks need to be done.
