Role Overview

Rapport Guest Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Mobile Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and efficient support to guests, covering all aspects of front-of-house operations, including reception, switchboard, concierge, and floor coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments and service providers to deliver a 'one team' approach to guest satisfaction.
  • Handle all external and internal calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high level of service delivery and a positive guest experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a front-of-house role, preferably in a luxury hotel, premium airline, retail, or corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.

What We Offer

Rapport Guest Services offers a competitive salary package, including pension, store discounts, and life assurance. Our teams work Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, with rotating shifts between 7am and 7pm. We do not work weekends or Bank Holidays.
