The Ideal Candidate

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous front-of-house experience in a luxury hotel, premium airline, retail, or corporate environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a warm and engaging personality.
  • Ability to adapt and flex working style to meet the needs of the site and guests.
  • Strong command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
  • Quick learner, with a proactive and intuitive approach to problem-solving.
  • Understanding of professional etiquette and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel across London within the M25, with a focus on Central London and Canary Wharf.
