About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Services Ambassador to join our team at Rapport. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
  2. Escort guests to their meeting spaces, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  3. Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner, exceeding their expectations.
  4. Handle internal and external calls with poise and professionalism.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and guests, driving customer engagement and loyalty.
  6. Ensure all meeting rooms are set up to the highest standard, meeting the agreed specification.
Requirements

  2. Exhibit a positive, outgoing personality, with the ability to build strong rapport with key stakeholders.
  3. Be proactive, flexible, and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail and a desire to learn and grow.
  4. Display excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, with a professional telephone and email etiquette.
  5. Be computer literate, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  6. Demonstrate the ability to work independently, managing your own workload with ease.
