Role Overview
Rapport Guest Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Mobile Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive and efficient support to guests, covering all roles across the business, including reception, switchboard, concierge, floor coordinator, lobby host, and helpdesk.
- Handle all external and internal calls in a professional manner, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and service providers, fostering a collaborative and 'one team' approach to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a front of house reception role in a luxury hotel, premium airline, retail, or corporate environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a warm and engaging personality.
- Ability to work well under pressure, think on your feet, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to travel across London within the M25, with a willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing circumstances.
What We Offer
Rapport Guest Services offers a competitive salary package, plus a range of staff benefits, including pension, store discounts, and life assurance. Our teams work Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, with rotating team shifts between 7am and 7pm. We do not work weekends or Bank Holidays.
