Job Title: Corporate Guest Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Guest Services Coordinator to join our team at Rapport. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional welcome and guest services to our clients and their visitors.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  2. Escort guests to their booked meeting spaces, ensuring they are aware of the location and any necessary information.
  3. Act upon all requests from guests in a timely and friendly manner, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach.
  4. Handle external and internal calls professionally, providing excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  5. Improve customer engagement across all areas, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  6. Maintain high standards, consistently exceeding customer expectations and ensuring a positive reputation for Rapport.
  7. Verify that all meeting rooms are set up correctly according to the agreed specification, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for guests.
