Corporate Guest Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Guest Services Coordinator to join our team at Rapport. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional welcome and guest services to our clients and their visitors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Escort guests to their booked meeting spaces, ensuring they are aware of the location and any necessary information.
- Act upon all requests from guests in a timely and friendly manner, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach.
- Handle external and internal calls professionally, providing excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Improve customer engagement across all areas, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain high standards, consistently exceeding customer expectations and ensuring a positive reputation for Rapport.
- Verify that all meeting rooms are set up correctly according to the agreed specification, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for guests.
