Role Overview
Rapport Guest Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Mobile Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive and efficient support to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle all external and internal calls, ensuring a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and service providers, fostering a collaborative and 'one team' approach.
- Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
- Ensure a high level of attention to detail, maintaining accurate records and reports as required.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury hotel, premium airline, retail, or corporate environment.
Requirements
- Front-of-house reception experience in a luxury hotel, premium airline, retail, or corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work well under pressure, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Ability to travel across London within the M25, with a focus on Central London and Canary Wharf.
