Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Bower Search. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a corporate environment, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the switchboard, meeting and greeting visitors, and maintaining a tidy and welcoming entrance area. They will also be responsible for monitoring meeting room bookings, setting up and clearing rooms, and organizing catering for clients and team social events.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a boutique office environment, with a proven track record of working front of house. They will also have a positive and welcoming attitude, a highly professional and polished manner, and a good working knowledge of MS Office packages.
