Corporate Guest Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Guest Services Coordinator to join our team at Rapport. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests arriving at our office
- Escort guests to their meeting spaces and ensure they have everything they need
- Act on guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Handle internal and external calls with professionalism
- Improve customer engagement and satisfaction
- Maintain high standards to exceed customer expectations
- Ensure meeting rooms are set up correctly according to client specifications
