Role Overview

Rapport Guest Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Mobile Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and efficient support to guests and clients, ensuring all their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Handle all external and internal calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent customer service standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a front-of-house reception or customer service role in a luxury hotel, premium airline, retail, or corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to travel across London within the M25, with occasional travel to other locations.

Rapport Guest Services offers a competitive salary package, plus a range of staff benefits, including pension, store discounts, and life assurance. Working hours are typically 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on rotating team shifts, usually between 7am and 7pm.
