About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Test Governance and Standardization Lead to drive our testing strategy within a product-driven development environment. This role will focus on enhancing our agile practices and advancing our test automation capabilities, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Test Governance Develop and implement a comprehensive test governance framework. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Establish and maintain testing policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization. Lead regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to testing standards. Standardization Define and standardize test processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure standardized testing practices are integrated into the product development lifecycle. Create and maintain documentation for standardized testing practices and guidelines. Test Automation Help lead the design, development, and implementation of robust test automation frameworks. Identify opportunities for automation across the testing lifecycle to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort. Ensure that automated tests are reliable, maintainable, and scalable. Mentor and train team members on best practices in test automation. About the Candidate The Test Governance and Standardization Lead will possess the following: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Strong experience in software testing, with a focus on test governance and standardization – using JIRA/Confluence and Azure DevOps. Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (Python, Selenium, C#). Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
