Job Title - HR Manager
Location - Victoria - 5 days on site - summer hours - finish at 4.30pm on a Friday
Salary - Up to £55k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the endtoend employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
  • Handle all HR administration duties.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in each region.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
  • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Develop and manage performance appraisal processes and tools.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management issues.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee enquiries and concerns.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs globally.
  • Manage the annual performance and salary review process.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and compliance globally.
  • Coordinate and process the visa process internationally.
  • Liaise with global partners for local expertise where required.
  • Maintain payroll reports ensuring accurate capture of all changes, starters, and leavers.
  • Provide advice and training to key stakeholders to manage employee relations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
