Network HR is seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join an ethical investment organization focused on supporting the economic development of emerging markets.

The HR Coordinator will work closely with the HR Business Partner, utilizing employee and candidate data to enhance Human Resources processes.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining data accuracy, assisting with operational HR tasks, and ensuring meticulous attention to detail when working with data.

This position will support regional teams across various locations while collaborating with the HR Analyst to maintain global consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the HRIS data is accurate and consistently updated.
  • Provide training to HR staff and employees on system functionalities and updates.

Data Management and Analysis:

  • Gather, maintain, and analyze HR data to generate insightful reports.
  • Implement data quality checks to guarantee the reliability of information.
  • Regularly prepare and distribute reports to HR and management.
  • Design and implement HR metrics and dashboards to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives by providing valuable analytical support.

HR Operations:

  • Handle general administrative tasks, including producing employee correspondence and supporting HR programs.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring data integrity and advising managers on proper record-keeping.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the HR team.
  • Coordinate with payroll regarding changes such as new hires and terminations.
  • Manage recruitment communications and liaise with external partners.
  • Oversee contracts between the organization and HR service providers.
  • Monitor HR expenditures on a quarterly basis.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a comparable role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas and data visualization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
  • Familiarity with mail merge and data linking/updating across files is advantageous.
  • Client-focused with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency and value-added HR administration.
  • Adept at identifying and escalating inefficiencies and risks within the HR team.
