Network HR presents a unique opportunity for an International Compensation Manager with a leading global financial services organization. This role, reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, focuses on managing cyclical compensation activities and enhancing team capabilities for future advancements.

The ideal candidate will possess prior international experience, particularly in EMEA and APAC regions, with US experience being a beneficial asset. This position allows for flexible working arrangements, requiring only a minimal in-office presence, making it suitable for a diverse range of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus exclusively on compensation management.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience across EMEA and APAC markets.
  • Lead and develop two direct reports, fostering their growth to effectively manage the ongoing evolution of the compensation strategy.
  • Oversee the compensation processes throughout the contract duration, identifying and implementing operational enhancements where applicable, such as automating processes and collaborating with IT teams to optimize HR systems.
  • Ensure comprehensive management of the cyclical compensation process integrated within the organization.
  • Lead the rollout of a nearly completed job grading and architecture project, ensuring successful implementation across the organization.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience across various sectors, with a preference for financial services.
  • International exposure, particularly in EMEA and APAC.
  • Proven track record in team development and upskilling.
  • Experience in managing both fixed and variable compensation initiatives, including long-term incentive management.
  • Background in compensation project work, particularly in establishing new job architectures.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, essential for a collaborative work environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Availability to commence a new role promptly.
