Competitive Salary + Performance Bonus

Network HR presents a remarkable opportunity for an International Compensation Manager role with a leading global financial services organization. This position, reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, is focused on managing cyclical compensation activities and enhancing the skills of the team for future advancements.

We are particularly interested in candidates with a background in international markets, with experience in the US being a plus (though not mandatory). The role allows for a flexible work arrangement, requiring only a limited presence in the office, making it an ideal fit for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The primary focus of this role is on compensation management.
  • Extensive experience in EMEA and APAC regions is essential.
  • The successful candidate will oversee two direct reports, with an emphasis on developing their skills to effectively manage the ongoing evolution of the compensation strategy and oversee cyclical processes.
  • The role will involve managing compensation activities throughout the contract period, with an expectation to identify and implement operational enhancements, such as automating processes and collaborating with IT teams to optimize the HR Information System.
  • Management of the complete cyclical compensation process that is integrated within the organization.
  • In terms of job grading and structure, the project is largely complete but requires integration into the organization. The appointed individual will lead the implementation of this global initiative to ensure its successful adoption.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience across various sectors, with a preference for Financial Services.
  • International exposure, particularly in EMEA and APAC.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor a team.
  • Experience in managing both fixed and variable compensation programs, including some familiarity with long-term incentive management.
  • Background in compensation project initiatives, such as the establishment of new job structures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as this role requires collaboration and relationship-building.
  • Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to commence a new role promptly.

This opportunity is designed for a seasoned professional looking to make a significant impact in a global organization.
