Job Summary
We are looking for a Compensation Manager to design, deliver, and manage compensation programs that align with our business objectives. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of compensation principles, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and implementation of compensation programs that drive business performance
- Provide in-depth knowledge of key financial performance metrics and thought leadership on compensation strategy
- Work as a subject matter expert on compensation and deferred compensation plans across all areas of the organization
- Manage and coordinate the annual compensation process
- Track emerging trends in the hedge fund industry and assess their impact on compensation practices
- Participate in projects involving compensation, including the implementation of deferred compensation plans in new jurisdictions
- Build and maintain systems and infrastructure to support compensation programs
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in compensation or reward management, preferably in the buy-side industry
- Strong academic profile and advanced skills in Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
