Job Title: Compensation Manager

Our client, a leading Global Investment Manager, is seeking a highly experienced Compensation Manager to join their London team. As a key member of the Reward team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing competitive compensation programmes for the firm's local European client groups.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that brings impact to the business in both the short and long term. You will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that drive value for the business.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Developing and implementing compensation programmes that align with the firm's business objectives
  • Analysing market trends and competitor data to inform compensation decisions
  • Collaborating with the Head of Reward to develop and implement reward strategies
  • Providing expert advice on compensation and benefits matters to the business
  • Leading on regulatory reporting requirements, including MRT and IFR

The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly experienced compensation professional with a strong understanding of the financial services industry. You will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful compensation programmes and a strong analytical skillset.
