Compensation Manager

The Compensation Manager is a key role within the JTC Group, responsible for providing strategic support to the business and HR teams on all aspects of compensation and benefits. This includes merger and acquisition projects, compensation and reward activities, and general HR functions.
Main Responsibilities:Mergers and Acquisitions:- Support the Senior Manager with the full HR due diligence process, including reviewing employee benefit information, compensation structures, and general practices.
- Manage the collation and organisation of all acquisition data.
- Assist with benefit harmonisation proposals to ensure fairness for JTC existing and incoming employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
- Support with workforce planning, including identifying critical employees, potential redundancy situations, and key talent plans.
- Communicate with incoming employees about the transaction, including the impact on their role and compensation package.
- Partner with other departments to deliver a successful integration programme for incoming employees.
- Provide assistance to the Compensation and Reward team on a range of compensation and reward activities.
- Help with annual compensation and benefit renewal processes.
- Undertake assigned project work as required.
- Contribute to a multi-jurisdictional HR team, building effective working relationships to ensure procedures are accurately followed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee data and business information, considering the impact of GDPR.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to research, interpret, and apply data.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across business areas and present to senior management.
- Strong ethics and discretion in managing sensitive confidential information.
