We are looking for a Community Research Initiative Coordinator.

The successful candidate will join the Volunteering team with its mission is to create good student citizens – at institutional, local, and global levels – through civic engagement, volunteering and community engaged research. The role will be situated within a key area of delivery for our team: The Community Research Initiative. This exciting offer aims to create opportunities for students to connect their research and study skills with the real-world by working with and for the voluntary & community sector.

The role is a full time and permanent contract. This role is also a hybrid working role, where 40% of the role will be on campus based.

Have you got experience of co-creation and co-production methods, preferably across the university-community divide? Have you got knowledge of the current Voluntary & Community sector landscape? If the answer is yes, then we want to hear from you.

Our ideal candidate will support the Community Research Manager to increase engagement of stakeholders in student research and evaluation projects. The right candidate will also coordinate awareness -raising campaigns in the Voluntary & Community sector in Camden and East London. The successful role holder will lead on administrative duties to support the delivery of research and evaluation projects through the Community Research Initiative Coordinate post-event reflections and dissemination.
