Waverley Education Foundation (WEF) is a Multi Academy Trust, which operates both Waverley School and Waverley Studio College. WEF has over 1900 pupils on roll across the trust. We are looking for a highly motivated and committed individual to join our team as a Reception and Administration Assistant Waverley School including Sixth form.

The school reception will need to be covered from all times 9:00am to 5:00pm.

The Receptionist will be the face of Waverley School so should be professional and welcoming to all visitors and telephone callers, ensuring school protocols are adhered to at all times. They should be able to provide an effective switchboard support to the school and be able to take accurate messages and pass them on accordingly. They will also be responsible for making first day absence calls to parents. The ideal candidate will need to be confident and able to communicate effectively with visitors, staff, pupils, parents and other external agencies as required. Experience of using Microsoft Office, especially word and outlook is essential. You will need to have excellent administration skills and have the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team. Previous experience of working as a receptionist would be very beneficial, but not essential. Applicants must have a good business / customer service ethic and be flexible in their approach to work. All applicants must also have an A* - C GCSE in English or equivalent.
