About the Role

The Belfry Spa is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage spa bookings and arrivals/departures, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Identify opportunities to recommend treatments and services to guests
  • Provide guidance and assistance with retail products and services
  • Answer telephone queries and respond to guest inquiries
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a busy spa environment or hotel reception
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Knowledge of spa services and treatments
