About the Role

The Belfry Spa is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage spa bookings and arrivals/departures, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Recommend and promote spa treatments and services to guests, highlighting our unique offerings
  • Provide guidance and assistance with retail products, ensuring a personalized shopping experience
  • Answer telephone queries and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
About You

We are looking for a high-energy, sales-focused individual with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, and your friendly and approachable demeanor will set the tone for their entire experience.

You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease. Your ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike will be essential in providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
