Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Receptionist to join our team at TMR Group Ltd. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming calls and correspondence, acting as a gatekeeper for the team
  • Provide administrative support to Partners as required, including diary management and scheduling appointments
  • Manage meeting diaries and schedule appointments for the team
  • Order consumables and refreshments for the office
  • Facilities management, including booking contractors and maintaining the office environment
  • General administration, assisting the senior team with tasks and projects
  • Opening and distributing post, ensuring timely and secure delivery

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Receptionist, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Driver and own transport due to the office location
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data protection principles
