**Job Summary**

Search is seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our team on a temporary ad hoc basis. As a Corporate Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in a fast-paced corporate environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Meet and greet visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere
  • Answer and direct phone calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
  • Perform general administrative duties, including managing the post, printing documents, and maintaining the mailbox
  • Ensure all spaces are kept clean and tidy, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a corporate reception or similar role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in full MS Suite
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well within a team and provide exceptional customer service
