Job Summary

Portico Corporate Reception Management is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Welcome Host to join our team. As a Welcome Host, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet clients and visitors, providing a professional and friendly welcome
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling administrative tasks
  • Coordinate room bookings and liaise with Office Managers and contractors
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a 5-star experience for all clients and visitors
  • Work collaboratively with the reception team to achieve common goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and afternoons
  • Ability to work with different teams and build strong relationships
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in administrative software
