Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors, providing a professional and friendly welcome
  • Manage the front desk, handling administrative tasks and room bookings
  • Liaise with Office Managers and contractors to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Proactive attitude and flexibility
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
