Job Title: Corporate Receptionist & Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Receptionist & Office Coordinator to join our team in Birmingham. As the first point of contact for visitors and telephone enquiries, you will be responsible for ensuring a professional and welcoming environment is maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception area and ensure a high level of service to clients and colleagues
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner
  • Coordinate the booking of meeting rooms and ensure they are set up to a high standard
  • Manage office supplies and ensure they are well stocked and ordered in a timely manner
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a professional services environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
