About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Welcome Host to join our team at Portico Corporate Reception Management. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors, providing a professional and friendly welcome
  • Manage the front desk, handling administrative tasks, room bookings, and liaison with office managers and contractors
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Provide excellent communication and computer skills, with a proactive attitude and flexibility
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives
