Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team in Aston. As a Receptionist, you will be the main point of contact for our visitors and colleagues, providing a warm welcome and managing calls. You will also provide administrative support to our team members, including sorting post, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth operations within the office.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Ensure smooth operations within the office, including verifying IDs and issuing visitor passes for secure access
- Provide information about our organisation's services and maintain a tidy and organised reception area
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
