Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled administrative receptionist to support our healthcare practice.

Work Schedule:
This role is structured for 30 hours per week, with the possibility of flexible scheduling to accommodate various needs.

Key Responsibilities:
As an administrative receptionist, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering outstanding communication and interpersonal interactions.
  • Exhibiting a strong customer service mindset.
  • Maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrating flexibility in your work approach.
  • Utilizing computer systems and keyboard skills effectively.
  • Adhering to established processes and maintaining confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:
While not mandatory, familiarity with SystmOne and experience with Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) are advantageous.
