Key Responsibilities- Manage a busy reception desk, ensuring a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
- Guide service users to appropriate services available to them, providing information and support as needed.
- Sign in visitors, handle telephone calls, and perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and managing the email inbox.
- Utilize multiple in-house systems, requiring strong IT skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a telephone manner, with the ability to work in a pressured environment.
- Understanding of the importance of 'Child Protection and Safeguarding' issues when working on a school reception.
- Recent experience working as a school receptionist, with satisfactory references.
- Enhanced DBS check, as required by law for anyone working in a school.
