Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator
At Crown, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and greeting all visitors promptly, ensuring a pleasant experience.
- Monitoring and responding to the information inbox, liaising with colleagues to ensure timely replies.
- Assisting with the collation and circulation of brochures, publications, and marketing materials.
- Managing incoming deliveries, arranging collection by traders and staff.
- Taking messages, directing calls, and providing information in a warm and confident manner.
- Escorting guests to meeting rooms when requested.
- Providing ad-hoc support to other departments, including post, photocopying, document collation, and typing.
Person Specification:
- Experience in a busy customer-focused service role is beneficial.
- Good basic education with GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
- Courteous telephone manner and ability to reply promptly to email enquiries.
- Multi-tasker who can work well under pressure and uses initiative.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
The ideal candidate will be presentable, have great people skills, and be friendly and polite.
Vacancy Details:
- Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday - 08:00am to 16:30pm with 1-hour lunch break, Friday - 08:00am to 16:00pm with 1-hour lunch break.
- Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
