Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Responsibilities include meeting and greeting guests, answering phone calls, managing switchboard operations, booking meeting rooms, and coordinating catering services.
  • This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is essential.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this position.
